• PRECISE MEASUREMENTS: Pressed round ventilation saddle take-off for 8-inch duct divertions. The outlet branch extension has 90-degree angle connection neck with a 7.83-inch diameter.
• DURABLE MATERIAL - 8 Inch Duct Adapter is made from quality galvanized steel used as an element for ventilation T-piece production or as a way to branch a circular duct semi-rigid ducts or flexible sono duct off the main duct run.
• QUALITY AIR DISTRIBUTION - When the system is designed with a main duct branching into many subsidiary branch ducts take-offs allow a small portion of the flow in the main duct to be diverted into each branch duct.
• DIY-FRIENDLY INSTALLATION - Place the saddle on the duct where you want it to be installed, then mark the inside and outside edges of the saddle. Drill a hole in the marked inner area, then cut around it using an angle grinder, jigsaw or tin snips. To install the saddle, apply a bead of silicone around the cut, place the saddle on top, and apply pressure. We would recommend securing it with Tek screws and an additional bead of silicone, if required.
