Woodbury School
To formally express your interest in enrolling your child at Woodbury School, please complete our waitlist application form below. We will notify you of the outcome of your application within five working days. If you meet the criteria to join our waitlist, you will be contacted, and the fee structure will be outlined for you. To confirm intent to join the waitlist, you will then be required to pay a non-refundable $100 fee.

Together with this application, please include:
- The latest autism diagnosis from a psychologist, psychiatrist or paediatrician
- Documentation supporting other medical conditions or disability diagnosis
- If applicable, a current asthma or allergies plan
- Relevant external provider reports eg: Speech, OT, ABA, feeding or sleep therapy etc
- Latest NDIS report with long/short term goals
